New Micro Startups For Sale đ - Site to Inspire You
Hello, my awesome readers.
This week was beautiful. We managed to do all the things.
I had a few interviews â the first interview with community members of JustShipIt bootcamp. We discussed with founders how they could use no-code tools to build the startup, the acquisition process, and how they can benefit from using Microns.
The second interview was with Jaisal, founder of We Love Startups newsletter. I told him Microns success story, and he made a significant newsletter issue.
After all, we finished the first version of the micro-startups website. The main goal of this website is to inspire you with great apps around the world.

P.S. In this part of the introduction, I want to let into the victims of Kramatorsk.
50 Ukrainian people died, along with 5 children. Russian troops fired a rocket at the station when people were about to evacuate due to frequent shelling.
This will be a black spot in the history of Russia.
According to my observation, around 50% of people were loyal to the Russians before the invasion.
Right now, around 99% of Ukrainians hate everything that relates to Russia, including Russian civil people.
And I understand the Ukrainian public, completely understand.

đ Recently sold project
Last week we helped to make the biggest deal on the platform. It was an excellent experience for both buyer and seller and a story full of insights.
I was surprised that the buyer learned basic coding in the acquisition process. But, of course, he didn't know how to code at all. Nevertheless, he has already made a few remarkable changes to the site.
With such passion and enthusiasm, you can reach a lot.
So, as always, be transparent, discuss every aspect with the founder, show the founder that you're interested in the deal, and prepare for an acquisition.
It takes some time, but you will establish trust, so you can always ask for advice from the previous owner.
Listing was simple enough, and before long, we had our future buyer, engage us.
He was very enthusiastic, and we quickly reached an agreement once we brought our valuation back down to earth. It took 2 or 3 phone calls and maybe a dozen emails to close the deal.
Our buyer is very enthusiastic and has already made significant changes to the website and has even been teaching himself to code.

In the next issue, I plan to feature an interview with Cory and JĂłhannes about their project story and how they came up with the deal.
đ¨âđŠâđ§ Community spotlight
We discussed a design service business with our premium members on Discord this week.
The main challenges are the standardized process and finding the right person to do the work. Onboarding could take a few weeks.
For example, Jep noticed that you could succeed if you have a design company or a community of designers. Because of what he read from Brett previously, finding a top-tier designer is not easy. Brett tried this several times to offload his work but without success.
Colin marked it's a service business that historically sells for very low multiples, perhaps 1x annual. But he's managed to oversubscribe it somehow and present it as a SaaS business.
I replied that Brett managed to find the right type of customer for his service. He found other agencies with infinite work. The SaaS model is the preferred way of doing things for agencies because they spend less and earn more.
