This week was great because I worked on the system to onboard our new member and crafted a product development doc with features for June. You'll like updates for upcoming months this summer. It'd be hot 🔥
Besides this, I had a call with a few founders. They're students from 🇹🇷 Turkey. We had a friendly conversation, and I'm happy they will build more awesome projects for our buyers. So if you'd like to make something with us, just let me know, and I'll send you an invite to our sellers' community.
P.S. I'm grateful to everyone who supports Ukraine in this challenging time 🇺🇦

Now let’s crack on with the newsletter ☕️
I've hired a virtual assistant, and now Microns is a team of three people: me, my growth partner, and a virtual assistant. We all work remotely and asynchronously from different parts of the world.
We're growing, and I delegate half of my duties to our new team member Rohan. He'll help me with operations and support on both Microns and MicroStartups projects. I already onboarded Rohan to a significant part of the processes, and I'm pretty happy with the results.
This way, I can focus more on growth and content creation. And what is more important, I become replaceable by lowering the bus factor so the business can run without me. Ideally, if something happens with me, the company should continue operating. That's my main goal.
I adore remote and async mode because I know how to build it efficiently. I started practicing remote style two years before the COVID-19, so I have some experience. Would you be interested in learning more about my workflow?
And lastly, I want to say that I love ❤️ my team. These people make me feel alive and create positive emotions during the day. I appreciate this so much.
I'm glad about what we achieved in May. We managed to rebuild our landing pages, launched the MicroStartups on PH, and onboarded a new team member.
I didn't do much about marketing because I spent most of the efforts on product development, blog, and onboarding a new member. However, even without everyday marketing, Microns still have stable traffic and revenue steadily growing.

Trend shift for Bootstrappers in 2022:
CTOs/ CEOs Fancy titles-> Indiehackers
Only MRR -> One-time revenue is fine too
Coding, Coding, Coding -> Coding + Writing + Marketing
Infra scalability -> Traffic sources scalability
Build, they will come -> Market, they will come
