🎉 Recently sold startup

This week we helped to find a new owner for the directory of affiliate programs. It had 140 users, seven customers, and $180 in revenue. The startup was built via the MERN stack. The acquisition included a website, brand assets, an email list, and an affiliate database.

The seller started building the project when their friend told them how hard it is to find high-quality affiliate programs in their niche.

The most beautiful part is that selling the project took only 24 hours. This is a rare case because it usually takes two days up to one month to sell a good quality startup. Anyway, I'm glad our community grows, engages, and transact actively.

💰 Build to sell challenge

This week I discovered a tweet from Justin, who wrote that he wants to build, grow and sell a SaaS startup on Microns within 30 days. I was so amazed by the idea and difficulty of the challenge. So I immediately supported it.

I want to help more founders act on their ideas and learn how to sell their startups in practice. So I want to give ten founders who complete the challenge additional prizes to motivate them to tackle it.

I'll choose three startups that I liked the most, and we'll make an auction. After that, I'll invite our premium members to an online event where we sell those startups in real time using bidding. It should be a lot of fun.

I love when people solve complex tasks with limited time. This challenge will be tough but also entertaining. My idea is to help more people become online entrepreneurs and create a market network that will encourage those people from building and growing their projects to selling them.
