We launch our own transfer service
Hey everyone.
I finally prepared everything this week to launch our transfer service to help more people sell their startups easier. This part was lacking when I started a marketplace. So many of you asked about the service to handle payments and digital assets exchange. I listened and worked in this direction for over six months to launch it. I hope the work done will pay off, and we'll see more acquisitions in the coming weeks.
When I started my founder journey, I enjoyed reading Trends reports by Dru Riley. I dreamed of having my startup in one of such reports. And it happened! Dru mentioned Microns in one of his reports about communities.
He said: "We'll see more market networks. They will combine marketplace and social network features. For example, microns lets you connect with startup buyers and sellers." That was like a long-awaited gift for a child for the new year. I was so happy to hear that.
My goal is to create an ecosystem for tech entrepreneurs where they build, grow, and sell their projects together; to make a place where everyone can partner with someone who matches their values to create something remarkable.
Also, next week on the 29th of March, I invite you all to the No-Code Garage Sale event. Founders pitch their projects to potential buyers in the garage style of things. It will be fun. I'll join the event myself, so if you want to chat or present your project, don't hesitate to join.
👋 Welcome

Now let’s crack on with the newsletter ☕️
🎉 Recently sold startup
One more startup was sold. This time web app that created AI portraits with background themes. It had around 30 customers and $530 in revenue. Monetized by selling a pack of photos. The startup was built using Flask and Bootstrap. The seller wanted to focus on their other app.
The story of this seller truly inspired me. She started a startup in crypto and failed. However, she learned lessons the hard way and started another project with new knowledge and experience. She found a validated idea and built an MVP with her co-founder. On the launch day, they received 69k impressions and five sales. Small win!
I love when founders share their stories in blogs. Thank you so much, Pauline, for covering your journey. It will inspire other entrepreneurs to act and learn from your experience.

🚨 Transfer service launch
Today we officially launch the Transfer by Microns service! It will help buyers and sellers exchange startup assets on our marketplace hassle-free.
I know how complex acquisitions can be. You need to handle due diligence, legal, and payments. It could be a stressful and time-consuming process. Not anymore. We've built a service within our marketplace that will make acquisitions effortless and fun.
From onboarding, we'll walk you through your acquisition process to complete the transaction successfully. Our main goal is to provide the highest quality service and satisfy both parties. Therefore, our fees apply only when the transaction is completed successfully. Currently, we help with transactions that are under $100k.
