Hey guys.
It has been 38 days since my last newsletter. After our successful PH launch, I took time to rest and spent some time on operations and development.
I revised this newsletter a bit and now you’ll see popular 4, 5 and 6 figures startups for sale. Earlier I sent this newsletter once a week, but now it will be less frequently. I want to provide value, not to spam you.
In todays issue, you’ll learn what’s new on Microns, how I felt when we became product of the day and success case of PlanTripAI which was sold for 11x revenue multiplier.
Enjoy.

Let’s crack on with the newsletter ☕️
🥇 We’ve got 1st place on PH
One month of preparation and three years of operations gave excellent results. Microns finally became product of the day on Product Hunt. We’ve got so much traffic and new users that I was busy for one month (fixing things, replying to support requests, and publishing new listings on the platform).
It was a very important achievement for me because it showed the true effect of how powerful marketplace networks could be. Many sellers supported us and shared their experiences selling their projects on Microns. Reading such comments gives you an additional energy charge.
When I formed Microns, I was afraid of failure. But when I started writing this newsletter, it became straightforward what to do next. So don’t be scared to start something new. Listen to your inner voice and trust your intuition. It helped me, so I want to share it with you.
Thank you to everyone who supported me on this day. In future episodes, I’ll share my formula for success and how to win on Product Hunt. So stay tuned.
🎉 Recently sold startup
This time, we sold a micro-SaaS project called PlanTripAI. It helped travellers create customised travel plans based on their interests, preferences and budget.
During the exit, PlanTripAI had 21 customers and $226 in annual revenue. It was built using React, Next.js and Upstash. The project was sold for $2,500 (11.06x multiplier). The seller sold a project to fund a new venture.
When I studied machine learning at the university five years ago, I believed there would be hype about AI, but in a more friendly way for consumers. Before ChatGPT, there were many bots and AI-like projects, but the timing wasn’t right. The same was true for Tesla. There were other electric car manufacturers, but they weren’t successful because of the timing.
There are many AI projects, but instead of crypto, I believe in those AI startups more. They have a real value behind them. AI part serves great at automation and as an assistant by saving time and money for other entrepreneurs and businesses. That’s why such projects will always have their customers.
I love it when founders share their stories on X and describe their experience, especially if it is their first time selling a project. It makes me happy.
If you have a profitable startup, feel free to submit it, and we'll find you a buyer.
🎨 What’s new
A few words about new things that appeared on the platform recently.
All buyers on the platform can now view how many listings satisfy their criteria. Just imagine we already have over 200 startups for sale 🤯
Filter by tech stack. You can select a startup by stack that suits your skills. This way, we improve the discovery stage for buyers.
Last but not least, when a seller decreases the price for his project all buyers who added this project to the watchlist will receive a notification. This way buyers could get a better price for interested startups. Available for premium members.
