$50k mobile app was acquired on Microns

April was a month of reflection. We decided where we wanted to go and what we needed to do to get there. So, we continued our journey of improving the platform and actively developing new features. It wasn’t the best month in terms of revenue, but it motivated us even more.

Secondly, I’m looking for a partner to take on PreRevMarket, it’s another marketplace I have with 667 active listings and 482 subscribers. I’m looking for a person who can dedicate its time and money into the project to monetise and grow it. Happy to discuss different ways we can collaborate and potentially acquisition.

Last but not least, my another company Quanti Coders finished working on one fintech app for a startup from UK. So now we have two senior developers available: one is React Native engineer and the other one is full stack MERN developer. This happens rare because we only have 5 devs and focused on 2-3 projects at the same time. If you need custom development just let me know.

🎉 Recently acquired startup

We found a new owner for a mobile app called eSign. This app helped sign, edit, and manage PDF documents.

At the time of the exit, eSign had 70 paying customers and over 6,000 installs in the last 6 months. The app was built using Swift and SwiftUI. It generated $21,855 in TTM revenue. It took only 30 days from listing to exit.

🛠️ Platform upgrades

During the last month we’ve made many improvements in UI/UX to make our marketplace more concrete and pleasurable to use. First of all, we improved all listings page with new styles like glassmorphism. ARR field was replaced with TTM Revenue to show actual performance for the last 12 months.

The filters were redesigned in the same manner and now it looks more elegant and easy to use compared to the previous version. Besides this, “Create Startup Notification” button allows you to set one alert for new listings based on filters.

For example: if you’re a serial entrepreneur and have portfolio of mobile apps you can set category to Mobile App and max asking price to $50k and you’ll receive automatic notification when we publish such a project. The biggest advantage is that you don’t need to monitor marketplace and you get opportunities before anyone else.

Last but not least, profiles got stats, reviews and active listings. I just started working on profiles but it will be important not only for startup acquisitions but when I launch job marketplace on Microns and all founders could also freelance and get paid for their expertise. So it’s important to have your profile complete.
